The Train the Trainer program provides a comprehensive journey through the core aspects of effective facilitation, starting with participant-led initial sessions and concluding with final presentations supported by group and facilitator feedback. It places strong emphasis on planning and preparation, ensuring that trainers align with clear course objectives and create an environment conducive to learning.
A major focus is placed on mastering delivery methods—both traditional and virtual—while integrating instructional media and techniques that enhance learner engagement. Participants build credibility and confidence by refining key communication and public speaking skills such as posture, vocal variety, gestures, eye contact, and audience interaction, while also learning to maintain professionalism and authenticity. Visual aids are explored in depth, offering tips, best practices, and creative ways to support content without distracting from the message. The program also addresses the challenges and tools of virtual training, ending with thorough evaluation techniques to assess learner progress, trainer performance, and set individual action plans for growth.
Training needs analysis is effectively a skills gap analysis. The main aim is to find out the current state and formulate a desired state. The difference between the two states will lead you to identify the gap and plan a training program that addresses it.
Students will be able to understand the importance of a training evaluation and conduct the necessary actions to ensure the success of the event.
They will also learn about the different techniques for evaluating learner performance throughout an event and techniques for evaluating their training performance and delivery of a course.
